Overview:
Printer will display Error 49.038.07 at startup .  The device will not go to ready state. You may have tried turning printer 
off and then back on again with no success.  The printer will go to error state.

    M551 49.38.07 error 49.38.07 not have usb port in this machine how update firmware

    hi dear, a paper was stucked in my printer and i removed that paper after that i did start my printer where error 49.38.07 is indicated on the display. I have power off the printer several times (removing conecting cable) but the same error is still exist. Please guide corrective action. Regards
